City Planning Commission Approves Mixed-Use Building at 77-39 Vleigh Place in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens

The City Planning Commission has approved the construction of an six-story mixed-use property at 77-39 Vleigh Place in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. Led by developer VP Capital Holdings, the building will create a mix of market-rate apartments, affordable homes, a retail component, and community facility space.
