Installation of 40 Bleecker Street‘s warm-colored brick façade has begun behind the black construction netting and scaffolding that cover the NoHo property. Designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by Broad Street Development, the 12-story residential building topped out in early 2019. Ryan Korban is the interior designer of the development’s 61 units, and Edmund Hollander Design is the landscape architect.
